Live animals/fishes, Plants and frozen food may take 1-7 Days due their special handling nature. Deliveries to areas out of city limits ( 20 km radius ) must be inquiried to our customer service ( 058 5252911 ) prior to the order being placed

Some tropical fishes and live stocks may loose color during transport, suitable environment and diet is required to regain the coloration

Any backorder product may take longer to deliver than the predetermined timelines, In the event of non delivery, A Full refund will be processed to the customer
